😂 he's well balanced, not top tier, I've seen him struggle against the likes of Ed and Zangief, of course there are certain requirements for key timed intervals varying upon the firmament of your foe. There's also the risk of losing your momentum against the swift normals of Bison😂

He don't need nerf. His neutral and technique is hardest to master it. Besides bigbird, oil kingand gachiku are only rashid players with results so compare that with ken, akumas, ed, representations
