Capcom Cup's qualification system for last year was badly designed and forced most of the best players from the most competitive regions to eliminate each other due to only having two spots for each region, which is why there were so many unknowns that qualified from less competitive regions.

You really only can judge how good his Cammy is to make it to capcom cup though because thats who he usually mains. Ed wasn’t around for Kazunoko to use to qualify.
