They gave opinions too early. I don't think he's rop tier but definitely better than lead on. He has some weaknesses but his strengths do put in work.

Just because a character looks dangerous on KZbin doesn't mean he can work in tournaments. Hibiki's Lily held on to the #1 spot on the ladder for many weeks towards the end of last year - but you don't even see Lily irl outside of small niche japanese tournaments

yeah I honestly think it could use a few substantial buffs. make it so you can dash cancel backwards and give it a single point of armour against regular hits too

​@h3artcxxk it would force everyone to use ex fireball. It'd be great for Guile. Guile would still win in all situations. I don't think I'd be a big deal. Give me some reasons why It'd be too strong, man.

@@jacobyallison Well, if the only way to deal with it is an EX fireball then taking 1k damage and a far away knockdown for 2 bars is not in favour of the person throwing the EX fireball. You don't build drive meter that fast for it to be efficient, if Ed can just keep doing it for no meter and you're gonna have to save yours at some point. I might be very far off though, I'm by no means good at this game. I'm a Tekken guy, so "too strong" might be a bit of a stretch coming from me.
