Arsene counter is better than any other counter in the game by far. Most powerful, hits all around of him, has A MASSIVE HITBOX BUBBLE AROUND HIM, is also a reflector, less endlag than most counters etc.

Why did Mr. R not get the parry at 10:47, it looks like he gets his shield up and then drops it 1 frame before Joker's hitbox contacts Chrom. Parry occurs if its within 5 frames of dropping shield right?

Thing about a lot of Chrom/Roy mains is that they start spamming those aerials and stop grabbing when they start getting desperate. Leo recognized that and was using rebels guard a lot more when he had the advantage.

And maybe reduce the range of Tetrakion just a bit because it's abursd how big it is, it's the only counter in the game that doesn't whiff because the range is so fucking big

Mkleo is the only joker doing this good. There are other characters that are in the top more often than Joker actually. Mkleo can just win with a lot of different characters and joker happens to fit his playstyle the best. Just because the winner of a tournament is using joker doesn't mean joker is OP, otherwise there'd be a lot more Joker usage which there isn't.
