OK, can anyone explain to me how the combo at 4:36 worked? I don't understand how Urien still had charge for the tackle when he got crossed up by Yang flying over his head. Is there charge partitioning involved or is this some frame perfect autocorrect nonsense?

I think he knew that would happen and he was charging to the opposite direction on purpose

over a year but in case you didn't find the answer let me explain afaik yes there's charge partitioning involved, charge partitioning works because 3s uses 2 hidden bars/counters to see if you have a charge or not, 1 bar "charge bar" starts empty and fills as you hold the direction of the charge and once is full you can do the charge move, and the other bar "timer bar" starts full and depletes over time unless you hold the charge direction (each special move has it's own 2 hidden bars), when the timer bar reaches 0 it resets the charge bar and starts over. So you can hold charge, let go and hold charge again before the timer bar completely depletes and you can still get your charge! that's why charge partitioning works in a nutshell now 4:36 works because when yang switches sides Urien's timer bar still had some time left so it kept his charge iirc the motion for reverse tackles is back(hold),[yang switches sides], "new"back, "new"forward+kick (or well "left(hold), right, left+kick" if it's better to understand)

It's an unblockable not an infinite, and even then it's a really hard one to do thanks to damage scaling.
