I don't get how Max had such a rough time as Ken but won with Q. I forget which video it is, but if you search for Online Warrior episodes where he played as Q, you'll see. Having said that, JR must be a nightmare to play. I've played someone who emulates his style quite well on GGPO. It was rough.

Q has much better defense, controls more space, and has an unorthodox move set. Unlike Ken, Q doesn't have to hang out right in Akuma's Demon Flip vortex range to mount an effective offense.

PIKACHUAKUMA Thanks for bringing up Kokujin. No offense to one of the best players of Dudley in 3rd Strike history, but he was bodied in a double perfect fight against J's Makoto. Didn't he retire from playing 3rd Strike as well? KSK, Tokido and many others are high tier and if saying they would give you a run for your money is dick riding, umm, ok? You lost to Ricky Ortiz in SF3rd Strike in '12 right? He can maybe scrape by Tokido right? Did you not see how MOV outright owned him? There is just a different style of reads they apply and whether you think you are capable, props to your confidence, but I don't believe you are. Japanese players aren't anything special until you factor inherent patience that allows them to wait until an opponent makes a mistake. Some top players have that skill. It just so happens a lot more of those players are Japanese.

PIKACHUAKUMA I can respect that. After awhile you can choose to stay competitive and ignore other areas of your life or get what you want in other areas. It is tough balancing raising a family and other adult responsibilities and staying competitive. You got me on my words. I said you would lose and I meant in the grand scheme of a competitive tournament against high level Japanese players. Like if you were to face MOV, Kuroda, Boss, Nuki in a winner take all tournament, I don't see you winning. That isn't saying you aren't good. The double perfects prove that. With your skill a lot of people who frequent your channel would get super hype to see you face any top tier fighter in a first to ten set. I like your fighting style too. Kind of why I watch. On SF4, damn, that game is too footsie heavy for my taste. As I have little patience all I can say is good luck and props on getting good in SF4. It's a shame the play style puts me to sleep or I might put some time into that game myself.
