@@gold6813 still, frame perfect, even all the pro gamers in sf4 needed plinking for 1 frame links. Nobody can do it consistent. Well, as you can see in this video, he also cant. Still its impressive how many times he pulls it off.

I’m late, but it’s probably because of some of necro’s long-ranged moves. Snake fang and crhk are unsafe and are pretty easy to punish with SA1. Sugiyama fishes for snake fang a lot, so maybe picking sa1 over sa3 is worth the opportunity cost. I’m sure Ruu and Sugiyama would know better than me, though.
