This session was one of the best days of my life!! So happy this video is finally up. One of my favorite tricks was rigging up Avishai's trumpet through my Big Muff distortion pedal (Jack White's choice distortion on a lot of those White Stripes records) then through my Vox Wah, and out my '72 Fender Twin reverb. Hope you guys dig it!

I feel the mix wasn't quite as tight as some of Jack's other stuff. Maybe it was doing such a big band in such a small space. Maybe it's the transition from rock to jazz. But the piano and vibraphone balance seems a little off and the drums sometimes sound a little hollow. Still, great band and a great performance!
