In response to some people, the story did change from the original. Instead of making mistakes, Bendy *was* the mistake, and he wanted to make himself into a perfect toon like Joey wanted, instead of being a demon wandering around full of destruction. Most batim songs always set bendy out as a monster or a big bad or a god. But in this its just his point of view and how he thinks and what he thinks. Its cool how this song makes him look more like a hero

Epoch is not a BATIM/DR song but yeah. People tend to overlook his perspective and certain details of the story. Though one thing I'm confused at is the newer game mentioned he finally felt "sad and pain" when he was being experimented on by the Keepers, even though he already have as evidential to Buddy hearing him crying in the room he was locked up in and Buddy actually felt bad for him at that moment. But er, personally, that's probably most likely only thei point of views of the ones who recorded that tape. He truly doesn't know what he's doing in BATIM and only residing to his anger because he just wasn't treated right and saw everyone else the same as the ones who did that to him (especially Joey), he not only progressively becomes aware of what he's done in BATDR; but sought to finally find someone he could relate to and sees as his equal (Audrey). He was...straight up venting to Joey's final words on Audrey, because no way in hell he'd not get upset at the man who belittled him for years.

When I saw this 2 years ago, it made me cry the first time I saw it and it still made me cry when I looked back into, really good job I like how you made it that bendy wasn't actually a bad guy and was just attempting to make everything better. I don’t usually watch SFM animations but I’m so glad I watched this one (and the previous one for context!), I am in LOVE. You’ve come so incredibly far from the first time you animated this, in every aspect, holy cow. There are some scenes from the original that I kinda miss, but I can definitely see why you replaced them. For example, the “wandering sins” Bendy, but the scene that replaced it in this one literally gave me chills and is clearly much cooler than the previous version. Just, damn, everything is so much smoother and flows better with the music and the lighting is amazing and the story is more in line with the actual outcome of the game. And we got an actual good ending for Bendy!! ;w; Anyway don’t mind me I’ll just be watching this on repeat for the next two weeks Edit: also, I love how much personality you’ve given Bendy in this one!! It really shines through in little character moments, like spinning the film reel and straightening/pushing the crooked sign out of his way. Very nice. 👌

First of all, this remake really impressed me! I forgot how cool this song was! But i realized something with the animation that was cooler. On 1:52 of the song, bendy takes out the looking glass and in his reflection is perfect bendy. Like in the thumbnail, but I don’t think this is just a cool visual. We know that in the games and the song that Bendy was castaway because he didn’t look exactly as how Joey wanted him to look. Everyone saw him as a beast. What does the looking glass Bendy looks like how he would’ve looked like in this cartoon form. Showing how he could’ve been pure if he wasn’t treated like a monster. Even bend himself doesn’t realize that he can change because he won’t be able to see himself as this cartoon form. So he doesn’t know how to change, but in the song he says he will. But he doesn’t know how or what he’s changing. And it’s not like bendy can look in any of the mirrors while he’s holding the glass because we know that Henry can’t see his reflection the mirrors in the games. So Henry, while he restores bendy to that perfect form because Henry gave him a chance. Treated him kindly, so bendy can see he could change, and how to do it right, notice how in the thumbnail and in the video, perfect bendy was still corrupted in ink, that’s because it’s showing he could’ve changed, but didn’t know better. Dang, kittanimates your a friggin genius!

A full short breakdown Bendy was the final attempt of the perfect bendy, but failed. Eventually being locked away, making bendy’s sane go to lose. His behavior was probably positive before being locked away. By the time he sees Henry, recognized he was one the people that helped lock him away and therefore begins the cycle. Also, if you didn’t read the books, Ink Bendy or Ink Demon was never nice to Boris not because he sometimes show an antagonist in the show but rather a worker turned into Boris who chopped his foot off giving him a melting foot that cannot be regenerated. @@mrtayto8380 when he was first printed he was harmless. But as soon as joey saw him he locked him up. Any hope of making him act somewhat human was lost at that point and he would have started to hate people as a result of being treated like that.

If I was Joey, after seeing Bendy changed to ink demon, I would make a cartoon showing him transforming in Ink Bendy and saving people, helping police, making good deeds like a super hero, so he would be properly introduced to the audience and would be, probably, loved by children and grown-ups alike in his both forms. I bet this would have saved all Joey's projects and avoided all the suffering that happened after Bendy was locked. But like we all know, Joey was a bad person, greedy and without any creativity. I really think Bendy and Henry deserved a good ending, after all. Thanks for this awesome animation.
