This is arguably the most ambitious project I've ever seen someone tackle solo and for you to have gotten as far as you have with it is absolutely incredible. It makes me so sad to see this as the most recent upload, I recently got into this series with my new L4D2 hyperfixation and I absolutely ADORED the time and effort put into fleshing out the characters and defining them in your own movie like format that the game was always meant to be like. Though I do understand how tough it can be to handle your own mental health, especially when it starts to get in the way of something you love and it's always important to take any time away that you need in order to correct yourself, however it is heartbreaking to have never seen a conclusion to this amazing series that really expressed a level of passion towards the subject that you don't even see with large industry productions. Passion comes first with art, never force yourself to continue doing something that leave you feeling unfulfilled.

I just found this SFM series, and I've loved every second of it so far. I have no idea how I didn't find it before, but you are insanely talented. I completely understand how you're feeling, I've been in a very similar situation. All that matters at this point is your own health. You need to focus on yourself right now, and not force yourself to do something that you don't feel passionate about at this point in time. Mental health is a bitch on stuff you love doing, and forcing yourself to try and find that absolute passion again when your mind isn't up to it yet just makes things feel worse. But please know, that I love your SFMs, they're some of the best I've seen. I'll wait however long it takes for it to finish, you just make sure that you take care of yourself first and foremost, and return only when you're ready. I've been where you are, and it sucks. But I'm happy to hear that you're getting the help you need, as that's the toughest thing to do. Don't rush yourself, and I hope things start looking up for you :)

Only stumbled upon these now, in 2024. Watched through all your vids with a great pleasure, oh the way you have such a cool storytelling vision, AND how you improve!! Honestly, first part is great, but last part is just such a jump forward it's crazy, the lighting, the mimics, the camera movement/angles, the way character move, I can just feel the life inside them. All these "improvised" stuff that works in a genius way with no words, just peak cinema. I can smell the amount of em good hours of work and sweat put into this, can't thank you enough. All of them are respected, none left behind, everyone has some spotlight on em, this is such a symphony really. I was a diehard L4D fan in 2012, wrote few big fanfiction pieces and started some big ones I couldn't find strenght to finish eventually, but there was no mental health problems, I just eventually burned out and kinda lost interest to the game (not my love to it though, this is just something that happens with all your big hyperfixations). Recently I picked it up again and it's as good as the day I left it, and also fanbase grew bigger and is now full of great stuff like yours. So I'm just feeling like I crawled back into a hole and found a big ass gem just out of nowhere with no hard work from my side. I don't think you owe anyone an apology for stopping creating big ass stuff for free for their entertainment, even if it wouldn't be for some serious stuff, you could just drop this because you got bored and still be in the right. But with this being the reason I really hope you got da right treatment and healed it, and if not - I wish it for you, mental health issues are bitches, but seeing how badass you are, I suppose you'd just tear em apart with your bare hands. No idea what you're up to in the future, but you have hands of gold, just know it. P.S.: just out of curiousity, am I being delulu or you ship Nick/Rochelle? Just barely found these animations and I saw how they improved over time and became less like fun side hobbies to intense high quality projects. I think that these were some of my favorite animations on KZbin. But now knowing the context on why this episode wasn’t finished I feel that I have a much higher respect for these and how much work, effort, blood and sweat it must have took to get even the simplest parts to work. And the fact that even with all of that and metal breakdowns you were still willing to come back just to create these animations for a bunch of random people on the internet without any pay really and truly shows the extent of determination you have. Many would have given up a while ago and most at the start. But you still stuck with it for all of this time. Any time you feel like you’re not enough remember how far you have come and how many these have affected. And any time you feel that you have abounded these animations knowing that it is not a negative extent of who you are or what you can do it’s a lack of motivation and burn out that have caused this not you just simply giving up. Advancements like these show the true nature of someone. Judge yourself by those. Not what you feel other’s demand.

As addicting and binge-able this series is, mental health is top priority. Can't wait for you to finish this, but take as long as u need. Your stuff is high quality, it's evident you put alot of time and effort into these videos, but don't let yourself suffer for something. This series is like an actual show the way you make it all work, and there's currently enough to go back and watch while you're taking time away for your betterment. The subtle movement of Nick's eyes when he say "do or die time" ; The smooth shrug Ro gives when folding her arms ; The detail of the way Coach hits the button with his knee and the flow of the camera through that motion ; The way Bill's shadow shows behind Nick when he first notices him ; The dropped gun framed in the foreground as Nick walks up in the background and the focus change - beautifully framed AND showing his hesitancy at approaching them ; Every time Francis talks he has that jaw waggle that gives him soooo much life and character. YEEEES. I love these kinds of things in animation. SO flippin' well done.

I just found this series recently and it was amazing. I loved these characters since childhood and you've brought a lot of welcoming memories back. You put so much character and life into Left 4 Dead 2, and I was invested the entire way. And as much as I want this to continue, your health comes first before anything. Wherever you are now, I hope it's improved since your struggles began. Bloody hell, i may be late to the party, in discovering and giving your animations a chance, but this series is truely an achievement that you should be proud of! It allows people outside the games, to experience the story and journey of the game, without playing it, hell, it even puts emphasis on important lore bits that you might have missed while playing. I admire the effort you put into this over the years, and i wish to be able to work on something like this in the future for portraying other games' story as animated series aswell! You very well may have given me the motivation and inspiration to get to it! You're inspiring and i have the biggest respect for your work and effort. I also know how it feels to be burned out with animation, and not wanting to return to it for months, perhaps even years! But don't worry, it gets better! You may have some fans that bothers you about releasing more and more episodes of this, which gives you anxiety that you're "locked into ONLY making more l4d2 content", DON'T be pushed by these people, it is YOUR channel, and you should upload YOUR content, that YOU are excited about, and if anyone have a problem with that, sucks to be them!.. This might feel like a mouthful of a comment from a complete stranger on the internet, but i've been there, i've felt the demotivation strike with SFM projects, and the fear of not living up to followers' "expectation", but i found my peace, and my creative spark again, and i'm sure you will again sooner or later! I'm definately going to stick around now to see what appears from you, in the future :)

Look girl, you don't have to beat yourself up about it, I just found your channel and I just want you to know that you have done a very nice work, and even if people mindlessly just ask for more without considering how long it takes to make and how much effort you have to put into it, you should take it as a compliment about your abilities. Even in that case your health is and should always go first, and of course whatever you actually want to do goes second, so do the projects you feel like doing if that helps spacing out your mind a little. You should maybe even consider taking a break, but you will know what's better for your health. Anyway, I am not disappointed at all you have done an amazing project, take care of yourself and thanks for these videos, I really like them.

Hello, big fan of your work here. L4D2 was an awesome game that I got to play with friends throughout my early years of high school and making beautiful memories. Even though they all dropped it about a year after we picked it up, I continued to play it for years. I was so excited to find that the game was still relevant even after a decade of release and was blown away by your animated series so it made me feel less alone when playing the game. Back in the day I eagerly awaited new episodes and just now I decided to check again, as the algorithm stopped recommending your videos. Even though I open the game once every few months now, as a college student and fading interest, I look back fondly at my memories and your videos help me reminisce about the fun times my friends and I had. If you don't want to do something, don't be afraid to not do it, otherwise, it could lead to some serious health problems.
