There is a simple solution to this, to ask people not to be a sore loser and rage quit when their team is losing.

God, I miss the days of having an organized team. Used to make all the difference in casual play. Now, it doesn't matter how effectively we communicate (even if they were still online) we're just going to end up in a lobby against a team of aimbot snipers.

The bots are banned from the August's ban wave, so casuals are free of them now (unless they've found a way in again)

Way way way less likely to now considering that valve banned a majority of the cheating botnets. Doeshotter, omegatronic, cathook, impersonators, and even some smaller bot nets have been completely fucking wiped out.
