I got almost the same problem as you maeka. Im super sensitive to stress outer stimuli and if i happen to get too much i have a mental breakdown and move into a state of pure reaction, berserking at any target with inhuman strength and stamina risking a fatal heartattack from the pressure. Its the reason i dont wield arms (guns, and other tools designed for assult) or drive a car.
