I'd say much more gruesome wars waged with elephants resulting in either a large loss of elephant life as areas rich with the species see opportunity and force them onto battlefields as self-driving war machines, or a utopia setting if it is the case that elephants really don't ever forget (rendering them better at learning and generally superior to humans mentally), as they would likely be able to ensure a less destructive solution. Imagine, a world dominated not just by humans, but by elephants and crocodiles. It would be perfect if it weren't for the fact that with the superior intelligence and domination over humans and crocodiles it brought would also come extravagance+higher standards of life, meaning much more food consumed by the dominant species. This, coupled with an elephant's already large appetites and those of the lesser intelligent species (humans, crocodiles), would mean food supplies may run out too fast, resulting in but a delayed dystopian setting. Either way, societies would all surely have both auto problems and possibly lower pollution, as crocodiles would be too scary to buy cars from for many, even if they attained higher intelligence/anthropomorphic forms like in the vid.
