nothing wrong with having more zoners. The issue with guile is that he's got great zoning, good buttons, good pressure, easy get-in tools, etc. Sagat's pressure isn't as good, and he can't v skill sonic boom to get in for free, so he should feel less overwhelming.

Swift Lee well that’s exactly my point, Guile feels overwhelming because of everything he has on top of zoning. Sagat doesn’t seem like he’ll be that powerful outside of his zoning. If you hate zoning, yeah, you’ll hate Sagat lol. If not, he’ll feel a lot better than Guile.

I'm from the south and am more than used to big, brassy personality type with hype and ambition. Usually when someone acts like G does, you're gonna eventually hear about an abuse of confidence that ends in a scandal. Not to mention how he talks sounds identical to the modern Pentecostal charismatic movement...bleugh... But yes, street fighter itself has more recently found away to paint their characters with brighter overtones.
