The way this works is that you're jumping, then cancelling pre-jump frames into the special move, allowing you to have a few throw invincible frames on the startup of this move. It's not exactly new, this was a thing in SF4

There's little to no use for this. If you read a grab you can just jump and punish accordingly for even bigger damage. By jump-cancelling specials you're not only getting less damage, but you'll eat crush counter setups etc. This would only be useful where a special move comes out fast and is safe on block - and it's not throw invincible by default.

Thanks for taking the time to share tech in English :)

The effectiveness of this OS is exaggerated, you're opening yourself up for a free counter hit and almost all the specials used have relatively long startup. You're much, MUCH better off just backdashing or jumping.

+Fake Grapefruit He's just showing moves that are invincible; how we use and its effectiveness is up to us, for example Laura's invincibility is really useful against Mika's mix-ups.

I've been trying to figure out whether Balrog has one. I couldn't find it. Seems is a little unfair especially with his trouble against pressure and the fact that everyone else seems to have one.

Is this new? Also is it dependent on each of these versions like only fierce hado?

So can I use this with a Command Grab? If I jump cancel my command grab with a back jump, will this make my Command Grab, throw invincible?

+Phillip Vance It is possible to all Command Grab :)
