i heard from people that went to china that theres a foreign credit card transaction fee and also some foreign credit card spend limit with wechat or smth. did you encounter that with alipay?

Hey! Yup there’s a 5% transaction fee once you hit more than 200RMB in a single receipt! You can ask the store to spilt the payment for you if you wanna avoid the fee!

Hi dear! Both countries are safe to travel solo but I would say you would need to research more if you are planning to visit japan (their train lines can get really confusing) whereas china taxi are very affordable 🫢 but if you are thinking of going march-may then japan!! Might be able to see cherry blossom 👀😍
