When trying to repair the corner that came loose, maybe turn the piece to your frame corner so that it's square and easier to hold in place.

How do you feel about lead-free solder? I'm considering getting into stained glass but I really don't want to mess around with lead if I can help it. I'm also not sure if I'm even allowed to work with lead where I am.

What kind of fan are you using for the fumes?

What size tip do you use for your soldering iron. I just got the hakko 601, but am unsure if the default tip it comes with is the best for stained glass. Love your videos. Thanks!

I think it’s a 3 or 4mm. You can get replacement tips too so you can choose your size.

Don’t you have to make the solder on the back as flat as possible? The back solder won’t show and you want the glass to not be raised away from the picture.
