last I checked a rail freight service from Mombasa to Uganda with transloading in Naivasha already exists....but any whoo!! Wrong time, wrong destination...the cost of such an extension far exceeds it's financial benefit to Kenya... as we will loose out on existing transloading fees and will only be able to collect haulage fees... all other taxes and levies will be paid in Uganda...so in essence we are building it for Uganda.
