Hi Steve, I just upgraded to PD Ultimate 21 for its novel features. I installed all the Content Packs, travel pack, etc. Why is my Video Intro Room empty, just has empty Intro and Outro. The how-to videos all show the Video Intro Room fully populated with hundreds of intro templates to select from by category. Do I run a tool to set up my Video Intro Room automatically, for links to the templates? Thanks ahead. [I used PD Ultra 15, later upgrading to PD Ultra 19]

Customer support quickly provided an updated library.dll, that resolved the problem populating the Video Intro Room with templates. Thanks Steve

@@CahalanTennis I have the same problem - I just purchased and installed PD21 Ultimate but the Video Intro Room is empty. Tech Support has been of limited assistance. Can you share the updated library.dll that they sent you so I can try that solution?

I have power director 19 if I upgfrade to 21 will I still have the effects transistions etc that I have downloaded ? And projects that I have started in power director 19 will I still be able to edit in 21?

When you upgrade, version 19 will likely hide and you'll only see the current version. You will be able to open your older projects in the current version and your effects should remain installed.

In 21, I still see the Title effects, Video overlays, and Particle Room items that I downloaded in 19.

Where it says new effects every month beside the free templets,if i have a lifetime license for powerdirector 21, is that free. Does it comes with Fx too.

Ongoing updates are only available by subscription, as far as I know. Although some updates do also show up automatically even if you buy the one-time license.
