3:53 hard disagree. Autocracy basically let's you have 0 militancy as any nation until the 70s-80s. It even negates its own academic confusion militancy modifier.

For shatter world pick a dual pop nation. There's a couple of german nations with french/polish as accepted.

I still think it's a LITTLE bit of a cop out to only play "interesting nations" when there's no like, ideas or traditions that would leave it up to anything other than your personal judgement. These videos are fun but what's the draw without a little pain~

The reasoning for the discretion is because in vic3 there are like 50 German one province minor nations, and I personally do not want to play essentially the same game over and over again. However, I acknowledge that the premise of this series is somewhat flawed.
