Yes, I do follow the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم blindly. What kind of question is that? Are you asking the authenticity of the source, or what is your point? Man, the actions and the sayings of the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم are all his sunnah (وما ءاتاكم الرسول فخدوه وما نها كم عنه فانتهو) Do you have a problem with the sunnah of the messenger of ALLAH? I never thought someone claiming to be a Muslim would ask such questions after being told the prophet said or did this. It would be understandable if you were asking if there was an authentic hadith! May ALLAH forgive us all.

@MCC Sharif So you are recommending to follow the line of troops(FLOT), put our brains on park status and follow everything blindly? May I remind you the commandment of Allah that is in 17:36. وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَٰئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولًا. We must employ our God given faculties and we must follow with knowledge, reason and understanding. And that is because we know what we are following is correct and it is the BEST, period! How can you say, "I follow the Prophet blindly"? Even Allah, our Creator, the One who never errs, does not want us to follow Him blindly. أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ ۚ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ غَيْرِ اللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا فِيهِ اخْتِلَافًا كَثِيرًا(Why do they not research the Quran? If it was from other than Allah, they would have found in it numerous contradictions!) So go ahead and do the search, your eyes will come back stumped! That is the challenge; and even if we took that challenge literally, and counted the Arabic word(contradictions) exactly as it was spelled out in this Ayah, اخْتِلَافًا, we find it only once in the whole Quran! Furthermore, following blindly without knowing the reason is not a knowledge at all. That is called the animalistic "monkey see, monkey do" behaviour. So my question still stands: What are the reasons you are skipping بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ? Are there any consequences if I said it aloud? Do I get better reward if I said it silently, and if so, WHY? We are hiding part of the chapter, and we are adding something that is not even in the chapter, namely, Ameen! And all you are telling us is to shut up and obey the FLOT.
