At 5:30, I'm not clear on the usage of 又. I don't think it means "again" in this case. I suppose it's just an emphasizer, similar to 真的.

Here is a bit feedback: I think a better English translation of 捨不得 in these examples might be "reluctant", not begrudge. Examples: "I'm reluctant to leave my home town, I'm reluctant to waste money."

If you say 他舍不得你, does it have the same meaning as 他舍不得离开你？
