I think that they just adopted the little creature and it was just a kid/child, not an actual full-grown adult and that’s why they acted so chaotic and stupid. Fun fact!! Sh-Boom is a Do Wop song! Do wop is an African-American orginated music genre that were popular in the 40s, 50s, 60s, and even well into the 70s! It got popular off of its simplicity. This is amazing. Lighting is so difficult to execute in frame by frame animation and this did it beautifully. On top of that, the lineart stays consistent but interesting. The transitions feel really natural and the backgrounds work nicely into the animation. It feels like they are actually there and fit into the scene, not just awkwardly added in an attempt to make the animation look full/finished. The art style IS SO CUTE and the character design ACTUALLY feels CREATIVE for once. The story feels complex but understandable and I audibly said, “AWWWWHH!!” Like, wowee I couldn’t be so dedicated as to make an animation like this!! This blew my mind and I wasn’t expecting to find such a dedicated artist. You get a sub!

Wait, so let me try to understand what’s going on. Here’s what I got: this demon chick eats babies I think, as seen in 0:20. One day she’s out buying bread when she runs across a young kid (gender unclear, maybe it has none) who she decides to take in. Two possible interpretations from here: either she took the child home as a pet (ew) or to fatten up and eat (mega ew). Either way, she has reluctantly started to become attached to the child, bc they’re just so gosh darn adorable. The end (for now)
