I do believe this is the first SHF Aquaman. They never release the Justice League costume even though there's a prototype. Perhaps you're thinking about the MAFEX? I do like this SHF faces more than the MAFEX version and the gold is so glorious.

The hair is two separate pieces so you can remove it so the normal head has more range of motion

You can make your own figure by getting a itachi figure and get a custom head then paint the ski brown and your good
