I love this figure. It does have a anime look to him, but I kinda dig it. The only frustrating part for me is the head doesn't look up, and the gaps are kinda annoying. Good review though.

What's kinda funny to me is that knockoffs of this guy on eBay are being listed as the Figma Hulk. And the knockoffs from what I've seen are a really dark, and glossy green. So I'm considering getting a KO of this guy and using it for a custom Hulk.

Excellent review. I could not agree more with the issues this figure has. The yellow looking paint, gaps, and weird heads really kill this very expensive investment. Figuarts is usually top notch, but not always.

I think he looks too smooth and clean. Similar to what you said about the abs, I think he looks too "anime" overall, and those gaps on his arms, way too noticeable.

It would be a good Hulk figure, if Hulk were anime. It is a terrible figure, the worst of the character in its UCM version, it does not look anything like it, the color is disgusting, the sculpture is very defined, it does not have any resemblance to the Hulk of the UCM. The two Hulk from Age Of Ultron from Marvel Legends, are a thousand times better than SH Figuarts.

Well, I'm the weird guy here, I really like this figure, I prefer this head sculpt a lot more over any noviembre version and that green looks good to me, the only flaw to me are that gaps, but if you know how to posing is ok.

I dont get how they missed the mark so badly with this figure. I thought when Broly came out that he would essentially be used as a base for all large body figures after, seeing as how his articulation points were superb, but tamashii dont seem to have used ANY of that design in this.

Don't blame you for not liking this figure, and being frustrated. I could have dealt with the big arm gaps in articulation, but there are so many other glaring problems that ruin this guy. The face sculpts suck, and the skin color is WAY to light (Marvel Legends Hulk is WAY to dark)! Plus its THE FREAKING HULK, he should be hairy like how Marvel Select painted him, not all clean and shiny looking. The rest of the Figuarts Age of Ultron stuff looks great, but Hulk is such a disappointment! Hope you review Thor he looks awesome!

Haha I just got the knock off for $25 bucks looks exactly the same and doesn't make any noise or have any problems with leg articulation and I saved a hundred bucks. If I payed $120 or even $90 for this I'd be pissed but for $25 it's damn worth it.

I should clarify I'm not usually a knock off buyer but there was no way I was going to pay full price for this so I thought what the hell I'll try it and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The eyes on my screaming head are kinda crossed but I soaked it in hot water, pulled the head apart and repainted the eyes on that head and they look great. Gotta expect some possible problems with knock offs but like I said mine was great.

Wow lot of hate towards the figure and Figuarts line in the comment section of this video. Yeah, I agree that figure is disappointing when compared to Broly and the head being inaccurate loses a lot of points. As for the Figuarts hater, so far aside from one mediocre figure, the line is actually doing really good right now. It can never bring the same level of quality as Hot Toys, but still Bandai manage to do a better job at handling the Avengers line than Max Factory (Figma) had and will ever do. Like to see someone disagree with me on that.
