Most are hand sculpted at first, that the main reason..... so in a way, it’s a mini piece of art. Also, the cost of plastic went up which would drive up the cost of action figures.

Not to mention the markup to actually make money. Would you sell a $3,000 new car for $2,000? No, because you'd lose money.

I have one of this, and the iron spider claw can rotate in the base. It’s a bit stiff at first but will losen through time.

With my Sh figuarts Iron spider, the 4 golden spider legs accessory, the joints were loose and it broke on me several times. Possibly it could just be my figure but I dunno, can't wait for the mafex rendition

Suggestion if you want your Marvel Legends iron spider to look more metallic and shiny spray it with a little bit of gloss sealer. I did it with mine and it looks right out of the movie. Love your videos.

BlueCrewCeo 228 thats why it is inaccurate. Instead of waiting for the film to come out so they could have enough time to make the figure as accurate as possible, they made it based off of the concept art design, which Marvel ended up changing last second

If only the Marvel Legends Iron Spider came with more accessories, or at least the spider arms/legs. But one thing you can do to make your Marvel Legend Iron Spider better, that I have done myself, is buy a Tom Holland head sculpt! You can find them in the homecoming two-pack, thru a trade or via ebay. I would like to have seen if the Tom Holland head sculpt would have fit on the SHFiguarts Iron Spider.
