SH Figuarts Naruto Shippuden: Sakura Haruno Action Figure Review Tamashii Nations BANDAI (2022)

After all the time we have been waiting our patients has finally paid off. Now the figure that we have been asking for has been delivered to our door. Tamashi nations has finally given us sh Figuarts Sakura Haruno from Naruto Shippuden. Well this figure definitely isn’t perfect, it is exactly what I needed for my collection in order to complete my team seven. There are some things that I wish they did better as I made sure to mention in my video, but overall I am very happy with this purchase. I don’t regret it one bit. I really hope that they continue making the Naruto line with the same quality that they are doing right now because I truly feel like the line will thrive if they do so. This  SH Figuarts Naruto Shippuden: Sakura Haruno Action Figure is definitely worth having in your collection if you already got your hands on Naruto and Sasuke. While she'll be good to have squad 7 on the shelf,when I get my pre-ordered figure sent in September, I do wish she had more assessories to help justify the $55 price point ( considering the new sh figuarts Naruto himself is like half the price ). Having a face with the black lines of the strength of 100 seals in it, a small version of the slug summon Katsuya, an effect price to mimic her punching the ground during her cherry blossom clash move and maybe a figure stand that includes a piece that connects to it with word balloon saying her catchphrase on it would have been appreciated

Yea man I completely agree. She could’ve easily been like 40-50$ I get why Naruto was $35 because Tamashi assumed everyone would get at least two for shadow clones so that’s already like double to triple the money anyways but I agree with the accessories issue. Even if she came with like a separate lab coat or medical equipment to show her Medical training side. Would’ve been nice to see. But this line is still brand new in a revamp so hopefully they add more accessories for later figures they make.

I agree, those shoulders are 🤢 from the back...I also wish she came with a tad bit more accessories (even if they were just kunais). But despite some flaws, the figure looks beautiful and as the first Sakura? Really can't complain. I can't wait to have mine.

I bought the old Naruto and was so disappointed by it I almost cancelled my preorder for Sasuke not realizing that it was a newer version and I got a old one. I watched your review and was glad I kept the order cause these V2 figures have been extra awesome! I agree with the shoulder and elbow ugliness but if you have any pic editing programs you can take care of that with spot healing or clone tool. When I take my more serious photos I usually fix the figures so they look seamless. Anyways. Just picked up Sakura today at GameStop and got Naruto last week. Can't wait to get Kakashi Sensei!

Thanks for the review. I love the enthusiasm for the reviews you give never stop. Technically she would be considered a 1.0 to the line because Sakura is the first female in the SHFiguarts Naruto. I still like Sakura but the criticism is that she never got to do anything of Shonen epicness, where you compare her to her other teammates.

Is the shoulder a ball hinge? Usually a ball hinge has a smoother side use can probably rotate the joint so that the smoother side is facing out and it looks cleaner from the back and hide the peg side out

The only thing that disapointed me was the accesories, I wish it could of braugth a healing peace or some medical ecuipment because she IS a medical ninja. But overal im exited when I get mine. Looking at her shoulders, they really should've used the old engineering they've always used on other lines specifically their Kamen Rider line, since there doesn't seem to be obstructing anything. If anything it's really a very odd engineering choice and they could've easily avoided it. Still a pretty great figure tho!

I mean like Ace said she only uses the technique in the war arc so it wouldn’t make sense to give her the face sculpt. It’s different with Sasuke since they decided to start off with his war arc outfit. I’m sure we’ll get War Arch versions of all the characters down the line. Shf loves it’s re-releases and unlike Dragon Ball it’s hard to milk Naruto since really most of the transformations are just different eyes and I think they realised in the first line that Naruto fans aren’t gonna pay money for releasing a “base” Sasuke and then a “Sharingan” Sasuke. Let’s just hope that all the faceplates to come are interchangeable throughout the whole line.

not sure why they designed the shoulder that way. Their usual design would have been fine and looked much better (ie how naruto and sasuke's are designed) and also they couldve dont a bicep swivel where the elbow pads are to further hide the joints better. In the end I'm gonna be happy to have her because she still looks great, missed out on the PO (got kakashi thank goodness), so i'll be hunting for this one haha Was hoping tamashii was gonna have her at SDCC, since in the past they have had new items a bit early if its near release date, but i guess this time they didnt or couldnt.

I'm looking for a review, thinking I want to make order for Sakura, but... After looking at that shoulder joint...hmm... I dont know... 😅😅 She did look a little bit more petite but bulky. Or maybe her head a bit large. Hmm... I dont know... 😅 Japanese toyline now does looks really cheap, but the price keeps getting more expensive. Even for Premium Bandai Shf, sometimes even the quality control was bad... It really sounds like nitpicking, but when I spend much more money on action figure like this, I expect it to be top notch. Not look like a bootleg figures that I can buy around 5-$10. This is like, $50+ were talking about.

I preordered all the figuarts for Team 7. They all look great, but I don’t like the price for Sakura, Sasuke, and Kakashi. Naruto is $35, but everyone is about $55, $60, and $70. I just think everyone except Naruto should be at least $10 -15 cheaper. I think Bandai is overcharging a bit too much. Because all these figures come with about 4-5 face plates, 4-5 pairs of hands, maybe 1 or 2 effect/accessory part. FYI Kakashi is around $70. Kakashi has his book, but as far as we know he doesn’t come with a Kunai or Chidori effect. Naruto is $35 and comes with a rasengan effect, a kunai, and arm cross effect. Sakura should at least be closer to Naruto’s price.

You are right about that, but there’s a reason other characters cost more. Naruto is probably going to be reused multiple times kind of like Goku from Dragon Ball Z. Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi really can’t be reused.

​@@AnimatedHeroes I understand Naruto and Goku are the main characters, so they're more affordable to general collectors. Sasuke being about $60 is still fine, but Kakashi being $70 at most US retail is a bit much. Amongst Team 7 I think Kakashi's body is the most reusable lol. Because the Jonin outfit from the Torso and Legs are pretty uniform. Just change the arms and head and we could easily get Asuma, Iruka, Yamato, or maybe Shikamaru (potentially as exclusives). Technically, most of the Konoha male ninjas in the final arc are wearing the jonin outfit lol. Kakashi's body is the Goku body in the Naruto 2.0 line lol.

Most badass out of the 4 is probably either nezuko or sakura. I like ochaco but she doesn’t get that many main fights in the series. Also Nobara imo doesn’t have many great moments. Her only cool fight is against the dude at the end of season 1 and that’s it. She kinda doesn’t do much in all the other fights she’s in. We don’t need to speak about the manga either cause we know how that ends.

I can't believe that they did this but Sakura is the most accurate of the bunch so far 😂 The weist is a little to dark for me but that's my preference Ok so it's the most accurate but the worst qc They could have definitely done a better job with the shoulders, that is just stupid, even bandai has made smaller figures with better shoulders Yeah the articulation is kinda hindered specially in the torso, torso joints are very easy they just cheaped out And also they definitely cheaped out on the accessories, there isn't enough for the price I know I'm complaining a lot but Sakura is the smallest figure here yet it's almost as expensive as Sasuke and way more expensive than Naruto(at least on bbts, I don't know about the other websites)

I think she’s more expensive because they probably won’t be using the body molds that much. For sasuke they’re most likely going to be reusing a lot of his part for other sasuke figures and naruto doesn’t change his outfit much either so that’s why he’s so cheap too. I don’t think they’ll be making any more shippuden sakuras any time soon which is why I think she’s so expensive.
