Back in the day, Kazuya and his devil were separate, like Jin. But then he basically merged with it, destroying its consciousness and keeping its powers. Basically, there is no devil in Kazuya anymore. It's just Kazuya now.

What sucks is that these would’ve sold off the shelves like crazy if they gave them their classic costumes/final fight fits. I still want Jin but I’m gonna kick myself when they decide to release the other costume. Lee & Hwoarang would be sick, same with King, Steve and Law* too!

Exactly. The figures are cool yeah but what an absolutely STUPID decision to release a martial arts action figure in a trench coat and suit instead of his iconic fighting attire. Idiots running the company & losing them money

I think its pretty reasonable they went with default T8 costume, since theyre Tekken 8 merch. So the first in the line being default jin and kazuya makes sense. I do however hope these sell, so that bandai woul produce more characters or even legacy costumes.

@@Stormtrooperfan219 nah I totally get that, T8 line so T8 designs but they both do have T8 designs that look similar to there iconic looks. As I’m typing this I’m realizing they probably didn’t want these to compete with their own cheaper line which use those looks.

@@Stormtrooperfan219 Doesn’t make sense if your goal is to make money. Street Fighter had the sense to release Ryu, Guile & Chun Li in their classic/iconic outfits even though they have new default clothes in SF6. You really think it made the most sense to release a FIGHTING game character for the first time in this scale….. in a 3 piece suit????

They got that man Kazuya looking like he on something with that side eye face. This figure has really good detail and honestly good articulation, just wish it had effect pieces. Nice review Ace.

You are exactly right! This man is a mob boss! And the red eye signifies his "Devil gene" which gives him access to Lazer beams. Awesome video and glad to finally see a review of my most anticipated figure of the year! I am biased so I am loving this figure. I hope that more characters are coming. Please, Namco? Can we get King and Paul?🙏

So much good going on with this figure but man, that short neck really kills a lot of the great aesthetics going on for me. Still, impressive they got that much articulation range out of that design

Hey dude, the Red Eye that Kazuya has is supposed to signify the Devil within him and how he pretty much has perfect control of it. Before, him and his Devil within were kind of separate people but after a while him and the inner Devil became one being 🤟 😈!

Play Arts Kai Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Kazuya hasn't been topped yet. its still the best Kazuya figure to this day.

You’re bugging talking about you wouldn’t get Yoshimitzu. That’s a fantastic design for an action figure. Way better than Nina….??? They should’ve done Heichi next and King. Such questionable decisions when they have such loved characters and designs
