設計師劉愷：上海市中心240㎡小區老房改造

在上海市中心建國西路，有一棟顔值超高的3層白色公寓，與周圍老公房形成鮮明對比。這棟公寓的前身其實也是老公房，業主重新買下後，邀請設計師劉恺進行設計，經過一年半脫胎換骨的改造後，房子煥然新生，路人從弄堂經過時，都忍不住停下來多看兩眼。#家居 #装修 #室内 #设计
On Jianguo West Road, downtown Shanghai, stands a stunning 3-story apartment, which forms a striking contrast with the neighboring old houses. It used to be one of them. But its life changed at the day when the new owner bought it and entrusted it to designer Liu Kai for a makeover. After a year and a half of thoroughly remolding, the old house put on a new face. Now even passersby would stop and check it out.

其实这主要是家具和装修风格的感觉，欧洲风格多为简约风，性冷淡什么的，所以会有种给人没有家的感觉也是很正常，因为我们的文化背景不太同

我觉得大家觉得像样板房主要这是在拍介绍影片啊，肯定要添加很多盆栽啊，decor啊等以增加美感，然后把很多生活用品都隐藏起来。实际住的时候好多生活日用品不可能全都放柜子，外面多了这些日用品，日常也很难保持如此整齐，家庭氛围就上来了。

This is so beautiful. The storage hanging wall is genius its like a shop window. It's not the size of things its the layout and design. I wish I could get my mum to understand that instead of always complaining about our apartment vs house ownership. grrrrr. I need me a designer like that.

不能说不温暖或者没有生活的气息吧，有些人就是喜欢这种“极简生活”，家里什么东西都不摆出来，我有个艺术家邻居就是，家里干净得看起来就像是随时可以搬走的样板房，她说她定期丢东西，如果发现有很多东西很久不用了，就全部丢掉。每次从她家回来，我都要把我家打扫收拾一遍。她每次来我家，都好奇我的各种调料油盐酱醋各种锅具餐具。其实我也很喜欢她家那种干净整齐的样子，她也喜欢我家东西齐备要什么有什么的样子，但是自己又都做不到对方那样的程度，挺有意思的。所以我家一直保持得很干净整齐，虽然有很多东西。她家一如即往的干净，但是她也知道并喜爱上很多中国酱料并保存在冰箱里，还有买了一些漂亮的锅具。取长补短，挺好的。没有必要因为自己的喜好而去给别人家下一个“不温暖”的定义。

看了不少一条的这类视频, 差不多学会了这种设计的套路了: 大量使用白色 + 房屋结构用简单线条 + 大玻璃窗/天窗. 这样做出来的房子, 天生就有别于常见的住宅, 大家都觉得好, 嗯, 得不到的, 没用过的, 就是好的.

Very pretty ... it would be taken to a higher level if it had a lot more plants inside in every room, both decorative and eatable - a pity to waste such good light and beautiful tall spaces.. plants will improve the quality of life and of the air around the home. Very nice project!

Great Van Chang With ‘higher level’ the person isnt’t talking about height. She means to make it more ‘beautiful’ or ‘interesting’. Like with more plants the house would have been more interesting and better. Me on the other hand. I would have liked it if there was more (pastel) colors and more light wooden accessories

to have such a big house at the heart of shanghai means the owners won't care about the cost and the work of replacing glass doors. although $ is no object for the family, i bet the kid isn't allowed to play soccer there usually. based on the comments, it looks like the house can cost RMB 100 mil (USD 14 mil).

i love this house design!! very clean, simple and sufficient (having what you need and not overflowing that) kind of feeling, not too messy/complicated and heavy with what some modern houses have in their design. cleaning is also not a chore at the end of every year for this house. there's even a place to grow a tree! get back to nature to heal your soul whenever the city dries one out. how lovely to have a balcony on every level as well. i feel cosy and comfortable with this house's design! splendid work by the designers!!

This is a really beautiful design. The attention to the aesthetics of the furniture blending with the architecture, and the subtle use of colour is wonderful. I can see the Bauhaus influence in the architecture here. I guess I never expected to find that in China. I love this!
