As I've been COMPLETELY obsessed with Clubhouse's version of Hanafuda, and how there have been quite a few people during the live stream and the comments who didn't know what was going on, I feel uniquely obligated to explain. In Hanafuda, the goal is to win the most points by completing sets of cards. Each card is based of a specific plant/month, with four cards for each month. During your turn, you select a card from your hand to play. If the card from your hand matches the month of a card on the field, you claim both of those cards. If the card you choose does not match any months on the field, the card you choose remains on the field. In either case, you then reveal the top card of the deck. If that card matches any month on the field, you claim both cards. Otherwise, the drawn card remains on the field. The round ends when 1) a set is completed or 2) no more sets can be made. Cards: On top of sets of months, there are… Lights - The most valuable cards, only five in a deck Seeds - Second most valuable. Only 8 in a deck. Usually feature an animal Poetry Slips - One for each month except August and December. Either red, red with writing, or blue. Chaff - All other cards Sets: 5 Lights (Gokou 五光) - 10 Points: January Light (Crane with Sun) March Light (Cherry Blossom with Curtain) August Light (Susuki grass with Moon) November Light (Calligrapher in Rain) December Light (Phoenix) 4 Lights (Shikou/Yonnkou四光) - 8 Points: The above lights minus November 4 Lights with Rain (Ameshikou 雨四光) - 7 Points: Four of the above lights including November 3 Lights (Sannkou三光) - 5 Points: Three of the above lights, not including November Cherry Blossom Viewing (Hanami-zake 花見酒) - 5 Points: March Light + September Seed Moon Viewing (Tsukimi-zake月見酒) - 5 Points: August Light + September Seed Boar-Deer-Butterflies (Ino-shika-chou 猪鹿蝶) - 5 Points: July/October/June Seeds. One extra point for each additional seed. Red Poetry Slips - 5 Points: Three red poetry slips with writing on them. One extra point for each additional slip Blue Poetry Slips - 5 Points: Three blue poetry slips. One extra point for each additional slip Seeds - 1 Point: 5 seeds. One extra point for each additional seed Poetry Slips - 1 Point: 5 poetry slips. One extra point for each additional slip Chaff - 1 Point: 10 chaff. One extra point for each additional chaff Getting more than 7 points in a round doubles your point count for that round. When a set is completed, but more can be made, a player can call "koi koi" which extends the round until either player completes another set. If the opposing player achieves a set, their point values for the round are doubled. This CAN stack with the aforementioned seven points doubling. If you start with four cards of the same month in your hand, you automatically win the round with six points. If you start with four pairs of four different months, you automatically win the round with six points.

The hanafuda game in Clubhouse Games is actually called "Koi-koi". There are many other hanafuda games other than koi-koi, but koi-koi is the most widely played among them.

The best thing about hololive is that people protect them from dislikes. It's so wholesome here it's refreshing. In kpop, 200k dislikes is the bare minimum. Here, people says 500 is too much. I'm really glad I entered this pekohole.
