Don't worry about the Traditional Chinese, Jess. I worked in China for more than 10 years and I can assure you that it won't be too difficult to do the transition. Most of my Chinese colleagues, given a few months, can read the T Chinese with ease. That said, It could be a challenge to try to "write" them. Then again, who "writes" the Chinese today... In most of the cases Chinese characters are "typed" based on Phonetic characteristics.
