I love the way Shan Shan is able to figure things out on her own. She really doesn’t need advice from her girlfriends or a sly supposed friend who is only trying to sabotage Shan Shan’s relationship with her boyfriend. For one so young Shan Shan is navigating her obstacles with a surprising maturity. No manipulation or lack of respect for other’s personal boundaries on her part. Li Shu on the other hand is very childish and selfish in her maneuverings to fulfill what she thinks is love but is actually destructive obsession.

I feel so sorry for Zheng Qi for being used by that girl Li Shu. But every drama has such character. WSe know that even Zheng Qi had feelings for Shan Shan but when he realised she belongs to his best friend he did not made it an issue but remained a good friends to both of them.
