Is it kind to tell a helper that it is easier to do a task without him/her? This is the kind of thing my mother would say without realizing how it truly hurt. (i hope she did not realize it). If i am not helping well or if i am making more work, then TEACH me better. And, now that i am an old woman with no children/grandchildren to help me do things, I would love to have a willing helper like this. Apart from the hurtful remarks, I enjoy the videos because i can learn something about cooking and farming. Thanks for the stream.

看似箭筍但去除筍皮沒有嫩尖 顯露中段略顯粗纖需加工或煮過後再食用應該就是makino bamboo shoots桂竹筍了 炒肉絲特好吃 加工曬乾的筍絲燉酸菜/梅乾菜或是滷筍乾五花肉是年節除夕家戶不可缺少一道菜！
