Here there is a Mexican restaurant called El Pollo loco IT means crazy chicken in English it sells chicken and it's similar like that chicken you had 😅 the story was the guy came to America and he has no money but he remembers when he was a child his father would Cook chicken for the family so he was able to open a street stand selling the chicken and it got popular so he decided to open a store to sell it it's chicken was marinating in citrus juice with some seasoning and chicken is put on a big gas grill to cook when customers order it give you half of the chicken plus flour or corn tortillas the store also has fresh made salsa onions celetros I walked by the store one day and saw it and it was a new restaurant so I went in order the half chicken and was surprised how good it tasted because it was grilled so it's not greasy like KFC and the restaurant got popular he was able to open lots store and because it's not greasy so Americans love at the time most Americans only know about fried chicken and they want to eat healthy 😅 so KFC is first one get impact by it and KFC is own by Pepsi company so it brought the whole restaurant company 😅 and now it control the chicken restaurant market 😂 but now there is a new franchise called chic fillets IT sell fried chicken breast sandwiches but it's pretty expensive but my kids loves it I think it's just okay because fried food need to be eaten right away or else it gets soggy 😢 the bread is wet and it doesn't taste good 😢 this restaurant only just started showing up in the last few years and the price is what keeps it from being really popular MacDonald and burger king all felt some heat from it I don't know if Taiwan has it open yet over there the chicken is probably close to the chicken in the night market but I don't know because I have never tried it so I don't know but it's a Mexican style food and it's different from hamburgers even if it opens the restaurant I don't know if people will accept the Mexican food 😅 but if you look at it both country has similar diet spicy seasoning and the tortillas are similar to the spring rolls skin but it was made with flour not rice and it's thicker corn tortillas is made with corn flour and it's best when grilled on both sides 😅

為什麼在大陸可以吃到台灣的味道!在台灣可以吃到大陸的味道呢??? 原因在於國民黨戰敗後!大批的國軍到了台灣!!! 這些國軍來自大陸各省分!!甚至有些是個軍系收編到國民黨的部隊! 在台灣生活的這些老兵!還是延續了原有的吃的文化與習慣 所以在台灣..... 可以吃到大陸很多省分不同的風味菜與飲食習慣
