@ It says you pay 8000 yen which is about 400 rmb? I would say normally if use taxi meters it's around 200 rmb, the drivers wait at the airport especially at night almost always try to charge more by not using the meter machine. But still, I think less than 300 rmb is negotiable, which of course can be hard for non-frequent visiting foreign tourists. So I think he over-charged for more than 100 rmb.
