A few years ago, NCL's Norwegian Joy used to be the pilot cruise using Shanghai as the hub to explore the mainland market. Unfortunately after one year, NCL made the decision to pull out from the market due to passengers behaviours.
I am glad that someone spoke out on the chinese manner and behaviour outside China. I think it is important to educate people inside the country. I visited Taiwan, I saw signs everywhere on the trains, buses...to tell people how to behave - please speak softly on cell, no shouting, please quene... Etc. In Canada, I saw Chinese people from mainland breaking vegetables and choosing the best parts of the stem in the grocery stores, shovelling the whole pile of packages to pick the best, talking very loud as if they were in China. I sometimes feel ashamed to stand besides them. They splitted and cleaned their noses on the ground. I think home education is important. As we become the world 2nd best ecomony in the world and will be the top soon, but our manner like an undeveloped countries. We need to catch up and train our behaviour as well!
