They aren't playing. They are engaging in stereotypic behavior either because they are bored out their skulls. Or she is beaching herself to avoid aggressive acts on part of other orca and they are displaying dominance by chasing her up there. There is nothing cute, funny or educational about this - it is unhealthy and potentially fatal for these animals. When cetaceans haul out for any extended period, the weight of there body crushes their organs causing an array of health risks that may lead to death. And the trainers - who claim to love these animals - aren't intervening and getting them settled back into the pool. This repeated beaching is likely an extension of their training for shows, as in when they command the whales up on slideout for the close up view of the audience. This clip demonstrates the some of the extent of the cruelty that imprisonment imposes on these remarkable, intelligent, emotional, complex, beautiful creatures.

How do you _know_ that? They are doing this because they want to. They are not trying to avoid aggression because all three were doing the same. You can't _know_ what goes through their heads. This is something they've grown familiar with. It's not natural for us humans to stare at screens for hours on end, but we do it anyway, right? Because we've grown used to it and adapted to that kind of lifestyle
