Rachael Explosion it’s called a bira kanzashi and I’m not sure how it stays in place when she bows. I’ve actually seen a video of a bunch of maiko dancing at a shrine and when they all bowed at the beginning of the maiko’s bira kanzashi fell out of her hair lol she recovered quickly and placed it back in place in an instant, it was quite cute and endearing
