Gu Hai is trying to comfort Luo Yin. Yin wanted his father to be loved and happily married however now the dynamics of the family are changed its not just him, his dad and grandma. His father will have to be at the forefront for his new wife and her son. His dad will always be his dad and his dad loves him to equal measure but he is choosing to somewhat step out of his dads main life so his dad can focus on the new one and it's painful for him to make that sacrifice. Gu knows that for Yin he really has only had his father.. though his mother is trying to step back in he hasn't forgiven her yet or let go of his reservations toward her.

I have enjoyed watching many BL Dramas from many different Asian dialects that were thankfully translated, but not dubbed, because I like hearing the tonalities of the lovely languages as they are meant to be spoken; however, this BL story is the most realistic of them all, yet it still maintains the humanity and often times humor of teen first time feelings and love. Thank you for making this series, and introducing to the world, such a talented cast of Actors to portray such a challenging BL Novel. I hope that despite the issues that have been occurring concerning the ban, that you find a way to work around it, and still provide the millions of fans ALL around the world, the rest of the story, as told by your team! Yes so true! This is so realistic than any of the BL's I have watched (maybe 2gether too but hmm I think addicted is still better). When you read the novel it becomes so much clearer and more realistic. Bai Luo Yin was always straight as a pole (it's also the same in other series where one or both are straight but then meet and they fall for each other). This is probably the only one series where they actually didn't forget how the uke was before. BLY was always straight and it really took a long time before BLY accepted GH but a long time that felt really natural and not seemed like controlled by the author or director. i just love how they transformed this into a series they almost followed every part. Maybe skipped some parts (that I thought was not that necessary to include anyway) so that they can fit the novel (with a lottt of chapters). Then they also kind of mixed some chapters and made yang meng their classmate. But it was changed so intelligently that I think the changes fit well together and didn't mind at all. This is still the best BL series ever and probably will always be. It's just sad that china makes the best BLs and yet they ban it.

You will find the making of the scene and the lead up to the emotion. He is astonishing in this as is Johnny Huang. I have seen much work that JH has done and he is a fine actor but I have yet to see this peak. Perhaps every artist has a moment or a movie or a song which they hit unknown that this was it. Both have developed their talent and professionalism over now many years but under it are the two great talents who came together with the author and a great director to create at regular moment in the series - a masterpiece.

這集天台劇情的部份重覆看了好多次了! 漸漸理解白洛因這個角色了, 之前覺得白洛因的個性很不大方, 顧海都示愛這麼明顯,還這麼矜持彆扭, 但看他哭了如此傷心,我竟也淚流滿面了,終於明白了, 為了對抗十多年生活的物質困頓及外界眼光的鄙視訕笑, 他必須孤傲高冷,認真精明,奮發向上, 他清楚自己什麼都沒有,但是還有尊嚴,個性,才華及相依為命的父親, 這次父親再婚了!心中最重要的東西再也捍衛不了! 勾起過去日子上種種的辛苦,挫折,委屈及損傷, 因此崩潰不已,白洛因,對不起!我不該誤解你! 許魏洲演得好啊!因為這個角色非常壓抑內斂真的很難詮釋啊!

Si bien la madre simplemente abandono a su hijo, tienes que ver las cosas malas que hizo y no hablo simplemente abandonarlos, que simplemente ya eso es cruel para un niño... Ella lo abandono más de 10 años, en ningún momento pensó en el, no le escribió, no le llamo, ni si quiera lo invito a su boda. Y no solo eso, el padre aún que tuviera una situación económica difícil, trato de darle todo lo que pudo a su hijo, darle el amor y atención que necesitaba (y cabe recalcar que el padre crío a su hijo solo), mientras la madre sólo busco lujos para ella y en ningún momento dándole algo a su hijo. Simplemente lo dejo a la responsabilidad del padre. Luego vuelve la madre y prácticamente se la pasa criticando y hablando mal del padre, también juzga la manera en que lo crío el padre y es que claro, como ella no lo crío y lo abandono, se cree con todo el derecho a juzgar al padre. La madre siempre recalca que ella tiene dinero y que por eso es mejor que el padre. También desprecia mucho a la esposa de su papá, cuando esa mujer fue más madre de lo que ella fue. Le daba comida sin recibir nada a cambio, se preocupaba por el y jamás lo hizo menos. La mujer sólo apareció en su vida y quiere que ya la ame, solo quiere dar lastima. También ella se metió con un hombre casado. Como quieres que el hijastro la quiera o le tenga misericordia. (El chico amaba a su madre, el vio morir a sus madre y se entero que su madre sabía del engaño y que ellos engañaban a su mamá) Esa mujer solo quiere quedar bien. Piensa que por sus pequeños actos y cara triste todo se olvidara. ¿Pero que a echo por ellos? Aparte de ser una entrometida. Las justificaciones de ella son patéticas y cada que intenta hacer algo "bueno", minutos después empieza a juzgar a su papá, a victimisarce y juzgar la forma de ser de su hijo, ¿Enserió amarías y soportaría a alguien así? El chico, la persona más importante para el es su papá, su madre lo abandono y de pronto su madre regresa (y acabe decir que para el, el ya no tenía mamá) y se la pasa insultando a su padre, a la persona que siempre vio por el, no importa que tan difícil haya sido su situación... el padre jamás abandono, ni descuido, ni le dejo de importar su hijo. Tu comentario solo trata de justificar a una mujer desagradable. Esa mujer incluso piensa y siente que los "hermanos" se llevan bien gracias a ella. También hace el acto de presencia para que ellos sientan lástima por ella y la terminen perdonando, ¿por que hace eso ella? Obviamente porque la mujer sabe que hizo muy pero muy mal las cosas y si las cosas se llegarán a reglar con ella simplemente sería hipócrito, los chicos le responden por educación, pero esa mujer se siente como ganadora y como si estuviera ganando puntos con ellos. Ella solo quiera aparentar algo que no es y que no será. Además cabe decir que el padre del chico, siempre le dijo que no odiara a su madre, que intentará hablar con ella y que le respondiera. El tampoco juzgo su matrimonio o trato más al hermanastro de su hijo. Mientras la mujer que hizo? Trato mal al padre y le tiro odio, tuvo actitudes desagradables con la nueva esposa y hijastro de su ex esposo. Bueno esa es solo mi opinión.

This is my favorite episode. It's clear by now Gu Hay has managed to get Bai Luo Yin's attention. In spite Yin Zi apparent indifference and tricks, Gu Hai overpowers him and Yin Zi can't but surrender at 11:24. Everybody notices how Gu Hai cannot get his hands and his eyes off Yin Zi. I'm addicted to these two!

I know that its almost 2 year since this was aired and only watched it now. I would say that the film was excellent and the two main actors are really fantastic, i read that this was stopped due to parental concerns but they should consider the lessons that they might have on watching this. I am still hoping and praying that the other eposides and season should be aired soon.

❤❤❤I’ve watched this series about 10 times and the chemistry between the actors is phenomenal and the talent is so amazing. I know it was filmed years ago but I’m in love with this series and the actors and heart broken filming was stopped. I read even the actors were separated for a while thanks to Chinese politics. Such a loss for everybody involved and a massive audience who still to this day would love to see it completed ❤❤❤

Unfortunately this series was banned and they are also banned of seeng each other. Johnny Huang really missed Timmy so much in real life but they cant see each other cause they are banned of seeing each other. He said said that if given a chance to have a season 2 for this bl series He will definitely accept the role again just to see or to be with Timmy Xu. He cried while saying this and from that you can tell that He is speaking from the heart.

Its a shame that they banned this masterpiece...would have been a great one if they continued filming till the end.
