i have had sleep paralysis multiple times. the last time i had sleep paralysis was when i was dreaming about a ghost and it possessed me. I woke up not being able to move or talk but i can make noises and i can see everything around me. I have also played the chinese ouiji board drawn by my friend who returned to toronto from china, and we have called out our pass lives, i can say theres things we cant explain either its real or not

i experienced the same scenario like what u had experienced whereby i can make noises but something repressed my voice and my friend sleeping right beside me couldn't listen that i was requesting for help. the surroundings were deadly and the only thing that i could do was keep mumbling amitofo deep inside my heart.

like to also say when i played the Ouija board i feel it move my hand. The ghost draws in a straight line with no corners, if i were to try to move it, there would be zig zags like the letter z. I felt it move my hand off the table and towards my window when i tried to tell it to leave. Every time we asked for it to leave we waited a few minutes to ask if it was still here, it would answer yes. We had no choice but to just drop the pencil and just left it. We have played it multiple times at my house which i still live in and we still not sure if it has left. I still have goosebumps talking about it.
