和台灣糍粑的做法有些不同 台灣這邊客家庄的手工做法是將糯米先蒸熟 然後放入臼中不斷地用木槌用力地搗 搗到完全看不見糯米顆粒成為很Q彈的糍粑 所以常常搗到滿頭大汗 另外在搗的過程中不能搗太慢 不然糯米冷了就做不出來糍粑了 在糍粑 做好後 用筷子剪成一小丸一小丸 沾花生糖粉或芝麻糖粉吃 超好吃的

Me encantan sus platillos , el pepino aquí en latinoamérica solo lo consumimos como ensaladas con tomate , rábano, unas gotas de limón y sal al gusto y observo que la abuelita lo consumen frito con otro ingrediente, en curtido y el pepino deshidratado con carne depende de la cultura así se cocina un saludo fraternal desde El Salvador Centro América. 😉
