用寶寶午睡的空檔,完成了這支影片,各種樹式變化好有鍛鍊到,開心自己都可以跟上😂。而各方向的延展也很好的拉伸了久坐的緊繃

Hi dear, love your teaching so much ❤, my hip can’t touch my heels in child pose even practice for years, is there any practice you could help me?💖

Hi^^,Whether the hip can touch the heels in child pose is not the focus or standard of this posture, because everyone's proportion and body mass (like calf muscle,hamstring ⋯)are different. The main concern is whether the spine can be relaxed and lengthened in this posture, perhaps spread knees wider apart, or use blocks or fists to raise the head to the most relaxed version of child pose for you😊.

@@yogawithjadeandcats thanks for your response 😘 yes I have been doing as you said, just don’t feel as relaxed as just doing simple cross leg or butterfly pose instead 😅 it seems child pose ain’t for me🙂‍↕️
