ベジマイトは味噌みたいな調味料って思って使うと結構いけるよ。 ニンニク生姜ベジマイトを酒とみりんでといて豚肉焼くと美味しいよ。 独特な匂いは若干あるけど赤味噌とか八丁味噌つかった炒めものって感じになる。

海外にとっての納豆だからね... 元はマーマイトっていうビールの酒粕に塩でなんかしたやつ イギリスからの輸入が途絶えたオージー、ニュージーが食べたくて開発したのがベジマイト、ビタマイト 栄養価が高いことが評価されて実際の軍隊でも使用されてます どうやらニュージーランドのやつだとマイルドになってるからそっちのがいいかもしれない

Thank goodness Bae taught Roberu how to actually use the Vegemite properly. Too many challenge videos just have them eating it raw like Nutella and then hating it, when any Aussie worth their salt (get it?) would tell them they're doing it wrong.

yea, its annoying that its got this mythos around it of being something you spread copiously like Nutella, the stuff taste a lot like soysauce but in spread form, so treat it like you would treat soysauce imo, no one is gonna eat a teaspoon of soysauce and not come out hating the stuff either lol.
