The amps are expensive because they put out close to the amount of power you’d see at a rave. The equipment in that civic is nice. Overall looks like it would sound really good. 9k for that civic with all that equipment is a decent price. Especially considering these amps have high quality Korean boards with Japanese caps. The best of the best except maybe for Brazilian taramps.

The civic isn't riced out, it's built extremley well to showcase the subs. Probably a competition car for slamology. The weird long carpet is to show the air movement that the subs are putting out, it's literally built entirely for demos.

The Honda H23 dude says has 300hp never came with VTEC, so either it's not an H23 or he just put a valve cover on it that says VTEC. 300 hp on an H23 is awfully ambitious. They're closed deck but they still have some weak spots. Probably can't run more than 9psi safely or without some changes to the engine. I'm wondering how he dynoed it without a water pump or an ECU though. That's a neat trick I'd love to see it.

Me being a gearhead / audiophile I felt obligated that I must School you on the equipment list inside of that car I have been doing car audio since the age of twelve I am 42 now so I have some years under my belt the 4-channel amp that you said went for six hundred and some dollars and the one he listed was for $4,000 be sure that you're looking up the same model number every company has cheaper budget lined equipment and on the other end of the budget is the outrageously expensive lineup, with that being said DC audio is one of the highest quality pieces of equipment that you can buy and that is their highest and model that you can buy basically you're just paying him for the amplifiers you're getting the subwoofers for free the engine and transmission Wheels all of a car parts if you want to park the car out not to mention that Big shiny thing than the back you said was a fire hazard what that is about a thousand to fifteen hundred dollar Bank of lithium batteries and if the stereo system is that much upgraded to need a bank of lithium it probably has at least two or three McMahon 300 amp alternator is under the hood and their value was around 5 to $800 per unit and the system that began advanced is probably going to need about $1,500 worth of copper wire and crimping lugs to get everything wired up so in no way shape form or fashion is that considered a ripoff please educate yourself more before you make comments like that
