A signal send from a phone at T0 and the satellites received signal at T1, T2 and T3. The satellite then send back a signal to cellphone with time different signal and data with position of satellite and time different data (x1,y1,z1,(T1-T0)), (x2,y2,z2,(T2-T0)) and (x3,y3,z3,(T3-T0)) c^2 x(T1-T0)^2=(X-x1)^2+(Y-y1)^2 〖+(Z-z1)〗^2; c^2 x〖(T2-T0)〗^2=〖(X-x2)〗^2+〖(Y-y2)〗^2 〖+(Z-z2)〗^2; c^2 x〖(T3-T0)〗^2=〖(X-x3)〗^2+〖(Y-y3)〗^2 〖+(Z-z3)〗^2; This question then turns into 3 equations 3 unknow matrix. Hence, satellite position (X,Y,Z) can be resolved.

Your assumption is wrong. The phone does not send the signal to satellites. Period.
