If you are referring to the content of the images, the hero takes a time machine to the past to ask the past version of the doctor to stop himself from becoming a hero (the reason being, as the future doctor mentioned, that he cannot become a hero). However, when Rui sees how brightly Tsukasa dreams of becoming a hero, not knowing the specific tragedy that occurred in the future, he cannot bear to crush Tsukasa's dream. So he decides that no matter what happens, he will protect Tsukasa (to prevent an unknown tragedy). Then, as shown at the beginning of the video, they are attacked. To ensure the hero's safety, the doctor takes away the hero's ability to move and places him in the time machine. He doesn't know that he hasn't actually changed anything.
