I gave Shoma the same tip when he was cooking for his family. Before you start making anything, get the ingredients ready and weigh everything in advance. That will make it easier for you. Marin-chan, baking is not easy even though the recipe might be super simple, so if it's your first time making sweets, choose a recipe where they include a tutorial video! Words might be confusing and it's better to watch step by step tutorials =) Next time, if you want to melt and dissolve butter with chocolate, do this: 1. Heat a small pot of water 2. Put a bowl on top of the pot, put butter and chocolate in 3. Whisk! Butter and chocolate will quickly melt thanks to the hot steam. Good luck next time! Hope this comment useful

Ah~ I forgot! A couple more things: 1. Remember to use a spoon when taking powder and sugar instead of pouring them into the bowl. 2. To avoid the powder filling up and fall out, when mixing, use the "folding technique" 3. You can put baking paper inside the mold, or coat it with melted butter + flour to take the cake out easily 3. Use a sieve to sprinkle sugar powder on top. If you want to use a spoon, take small amount. If the sugar powder is too much, gently tap the mold to spread the powder and pour out the excess.
