Lieber Herr Shi, ich bin ein Fan Ihrer wunderbaren Stimme und Ihrer Interpretation. Warum hört man Sie so selten in Europa? Seit Jahren verfolge ich, hauptsächlich über KZbin, Ihren Werdegang und Ihre enorme Leistung. Ich würde mir viele Videios wünschen, da ich mit 83 Jahren nicht mehr reisen kann. Vielleicht wäre auch ein Video oder Trailer über Ihren Auftritt in Florenz als Ernesto in Don Pasquale möglich?

MR Shi is now mainly performing and teaching in China .He may not perform as a opera singer in future 3-5 years in European countries.But I sincerely hope you can see him perform on stage sooner.

I am a fan of Neapolitan songs and Italian arias. I first heard your Che Gelida Manina on the Rosenblatt Recital, and I was blown away. Your rich sentimental tone always touches my heart, this one is no exception. You are an inspiration for me to improve my singing.

Worth watching. The notes were right, his voice is hood... but... italian is a language whose every word, every tone can be totally smothered in emotion especially thes southern love songs. Only songs about mamma are more emotional. Everything from soft whispers to anguished shouts should be present in this song.
