For example I've been living in Georgia for the last 7-8 years. But the same month I came down an elderly mentally ill black woman who lived across the street from me was k!lled when she had no 🔫. NYPD is notorious for being foul regardless hence why there's so many issues with them abusing "criminals" (who still have rights allegedly) and civilians alike.
