Shanice, be extra careful with your food. I believe you had that gas problem again because of remaining empty stomach for long hours. And then you had fried items like paanipuri n all. You got to be careful with your timings of consuming food or else you might get that anxiety attack back. Gastritis is really a big concern if not taken care of. Anyways hope that home remedy helps.
